This website is operated and services are provided by the individual entrepreneur Olena Shabunina. Throughout this agreement, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the individual entrepreneur Olena Shabunina. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not use any services.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. 1. General Principles
1.1. Consulting services (referred to as "Services") are provided based on these terms.
1.2. The Client agrees to carefully read the Terms, the acceptance of which is confirmed on the website and by full and unconditional payment for the Services.
2. Provision of Services
2.1. The timing, subject, and scope of the Services are agreed upon individually.
2.2. Services are provided within up to 60 calendar days from the order placement and payment, on the agreed date and time, through a 120-minute online consultation.
2.3. The date and time of the Services may be changed at the client's initiative no later than 24 hours before the agreed time.
2.4. The Client acknowledges that consulting services may include recommendations, for which we are not responsible for implementation, or the decisions based on them. Our responsibility lies in providing the services, not in achieving specific economic benefits for the client.
2.5. The Client voluntarily provides all necessary information, which we consider accurate, correct, and complete for providing the Services.
3. Payment and Refund
3.1. Services are provided only after full payment.
3.2. The Client may cancel the paid Service no later than 48 hours before the agreed time of the online consultation, receiving a 100% refund.
3.3. If a cancellation request is received later than 48 hours before the agreed consultation time, no refund is provided.
3.4. In the event of cancellation initiated by us, a full refund is issued.
4. Usage Rights, Intellectual Property Protection, Confidentiality
4.1. All electronically provided documents are our intellectual property. The Client acknowledges our exclusive rights to these documents.
4.2. The Client may use the documents for personal business purposes only, refraining from sharing, reproducing, or quoting them publicly.
4.3. We maintain confidentiality regarding all matters related to the client's activities, except for information already known to third parties.
4.4. The confidentiality obligation persists after contract termination, unless required otherwise by law.
5.Liability
5.1. We are not liable for any lost profits, indirect, direct, or purely financial losses of the client.
5.2. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements for services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
7. Severability
If any term or condition of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted, while all other terms and conditions shall remain in full force and continue to be binding and enforceable.
